Case studies, key learning and resources from the Better Together project (October 2010 – March 2012)
Pentagon Partnership recently published a report outlining case studies, key learning and resources from the Better Together project. Better Together was led by Children England and funded by One North East’s Third Sector Capacity Fund between October 2010 and March 2012; the project aimed to support voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector collaborative service delivery on all aspects of the Children, Young People and Families (CYPF) agenda in the North East of England.
The report has been produced by Pentagon Partnership as part of the evaluation of the project. It gives an overview of the Better Together project, draws out some key learning about collaboration and partnership working, and provides case studies detailing the progress made by the three consortia supported by the project: the All Together Consortium for Children, Young People and Families in Sunderland, the Northumberland Young Carers’ Partnership and the Stockton on Tees Children and Young People’s Consortium.
