Redcar & Cleveland Partnership The Redcar and Cleveland partnership exists to; 'make Redcar and Cleveland an attractive place to live, visit, work and invest’. Local Strategic Partnership's (LSP’s) bring together public sector agencies (such as local authority, police, health trusts) and other stakeholders (voluntary and community groups, businesses and local people) to ‘set out the vision of an area and coordinate and drive the delivery of local services leading to improved outcomes that go beyond the remit of one partner, promoting and guiding the social, economic and environmental enhancement of the Borough’.
