MANAGING YOUR PROJECT


(20th October 2011 4.30pm – 7.30pm Venue: Riverside Building, New Company
Row. Skinningrove, TS13 4AU) will look at how to successfully manage an effective
project once it is underway, including practical issues like risk assessments,
project changes, managing the life cycle and what to do when a project has done
what it set out to do!


DEMONSTRATING IMPACT


(2nd November 2011 1.30pm – 4.00pm Venue: Margrove Park Village Hall,
Margrove Park, TS12 3BY) How can you show funders... and everyone else..... that
your project has made a difference? This session will examine a variety of
practical ways in which you can measure the impact you have made through your
project.
