Role Description
The Junction Foundation seeks a driven Young Carer’s Development Worker to join their growing team and shape the future.
Purpose of the Role
To achieve positive outcomes for young carers in South Tees through the development of young carers participation, project support interventions and the improvement of identification, awareness of and support for young carers in schools and other relevant areas.
