Role Description
The Junction Foundation are looking for a confident and dedicated individual to lead a small team of Youth Support Workers in delivering high-quality detached, street-based youth work sessions.
The successful candidate will provide clear direction, practical support and positive leadership to ensure sessions are engaging, safe and responsive to the needs of young people, helping to create meaningful opportunities for connection, support and personal development within the community.
Purpose of the Role
- To support positive outcomes for children and young people.
- To lead a small team of youth support workers in service delivery through detached street-based youth work sessions, with the support and guidance of the service Coordinator.
- To lead in the planning, delivery, evaluation and recording of activities and support for young people working within the principles and values of The Junction Foundation at all times.
- To support positive outcomes for children and young people including leading in the planning, evaluation and recording of activities.
