Does your organisation help people who are living with, or beyond cancer? RCVDA is hosting our second Living With and Beyond Cancer event on Monday 29th April 2019 at The Riverside Stadium, Middlesbrough from 9.30am – 1.00pm and we would like to invite you! Lunch will be provided on the day.
The focus of the event is to highlight the past year of the LWBC programme in the South Tees area, bringing together all sectors.
Agenda items will include:
- Summarising key activities and learning from the past year of the LWBC programme
- Multi-agency group work focussed on improving support for patients including support in the community.
- Key priorities, next steps and recommendations around LWBC/personalised care going forward
