Redcar & Cleveland Voluntary Development Agency (RCVDA) are seeking two new team members

Application deadline: Monday, 8 November, 2021 – 17:30

Since it was formed in 1984, RCVDA has been at the heart of community activity in the borough of Redcar & Cleveland playing a significant part in the development of the many community and voluntary groups throughout the borough.

Redcar & Cleveland Voluntary Development Agency is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee, governed by a board of Trustees. We are an independent organisation supporting the development of the voluntary and community sector locally through our core functions of Services and support, Development work, Strategic partnerships, Representation, Liaison

However, this does not tell the full story of RCVDA. Over the last three years, we have developed a variety of projects to benefit the wider community both in house and in our sister Community Interest Company and we have more in the pipeline.

We are now seeking a Finance Director and an Operations & Governance Director to join us on this new trajectory. We are a small team and therefore these posts will combine both operational tasks and strategic tasks. If you think you would fit into our team and share our ambition, in the first instance please contact Mike Milen (CEO) for an informal discussion: mike@rcvda.org.uk or 01642 130831
