Context of Role

The Junction Foundation are a vibrant children and young people’s charity dedicated to supporting young people aged 5-25 from across the Tees Valley who are facing challenges associated with social, economic and health disadvantages. They believe in the power of individualised support, skills development, and opportunity to help young people overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.

Role Description

Due to several positive developments within their Children and Young People’s Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Service, The Junction Foundation are looking for an exceptional candidate to work alongside the Emotional Wellbeing Coordinator and other colleagues to deliver Early Intervention and Prevention Services across the South Tees.

Purpose of the Role

To support vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people with emotional and mental ill health to rise above life’s challenges, build resilience and achieve positive outcomes.

To deliver early intervention and prevention emotional wellbeing support for children and young people aged 5-25 years, across South Tees.
