As part of the winter discharge monies that were allocated shortly before Christmas, a number of projects were identified and agreed.
One of the projects we wish to progress is in the linked document, it is around addressing some of the home environment barriers people face when they are due to be discharged.
We know the timescales are very tight but we are inviting bids to provide this service and responses need to be sent to me by email by 5pm on the 17th February.
