  • Barnaby House, Eston

32 x 1 bed apartments, 32 x 2 bed apartments. Includes Rosedale and Ripley Court.

  • St Germains, Marske

28 x 1 bed apartments, 3 x 2 bed apartments

  • Jubilee Court, Eston

14 x 1 bed apartments, 28 studio apartments

  • The Dunes, Redcar

11 x 1 bed apartment, 53 x 2 bed apartments, 6 x 2 bed bungalows, 4 x 3 bed houses.

Women’s Complex Needs Recovery Support Worker, (part time – 34 hrs pw), £21,135.62 pro rata

A Way Out’s Liberty team are recruiting to the post of part time Women’s Complex Needs Recovery Support Worker. The post holder will support the delivery of the Liberty Service outreach and recovery program, meeting and building relationships with vulnerable women and holding a caseload of those women with complex needs who have had experience of exploitation, violence, abuse and trauma offering practical and emotional support to encourage and motivate change.

A Way Out’s women’s project consists of an assertive outreach and a recovery program working within a trauma informed and strengths-based approach using a three staged model of engagement.

The projects prime focus is on tackling and addressing issues which affect women who sell sex and women who have/are experiencing sexual exploitation and the wide range of associated issues i.e. substance misuse, homelessness, offending, historic trauma, mental health etc. We aim to enable and empower women to make positive choices; improving their safety through harm reduction interventions and supporting them throughout their recovery journey increasing opportunities for access to services.

The project includes evening and late night outreach, low threshold drop-ins, group work and one to one recovery support, intending to enhance the lifestyles of women, whilst widening their long-term aspirations.

Alongside role responsibilities, Liberty team staff individually champion specified areas of team delivery eg: housing, domestic abuse, digital engagement etc. In the first instance this role will support with data analysis and digital engagement
