Nepacs is a North East charity which aims to promote a positive future for people who have been affected by adverse situations in their lives.
Role Description
Nepacs are looking for volunteers for Re:Settle in the North East.
Re:Settle is an exciting new project helping people who have been convicted of sexual harm and their families create healthier relationships and supporting people on probation who have been convicted of sexual harm to gain confidence in their local community, hopefully reducing isolation and future victims.
The community support will be throughout the North East.
Purpose of the Role
Working with people who have been convicted of sexual harm in the community, this could be by completing activities such as taking the person on probation shopping or to appointments on public transport or by foot.
All activities will be risk assessed thoroughly.
