The Link Charitable Trust (LCT) is a Redcar based charity working with children, young people, families and vulnerable adults.
They support individuals to make positive changes to their lives through a range of emotional, social and wellbeing activities and services within the community.
They offer open access to support, advice and guidance for as long as it is felt to be needed.
Role Description
The Link Charitable Trust are now on the lookout for an inspiring and hands-on leader to take them into their next chapter.
The charity has seen some exciting changes over the last 18 months – they’ve strengthened their governance, clarified their values, and are now gearing up for a fresh rebrand.
The charity is in a brilliant position – and with the right person leading the way, there’s no limit to what they could achieve.
Purpose of the Role
This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to roll their sleeves up, bring a clear strategic vision, and help the charity grow – both in terms of impact and long-term sustainability.
You’ll lead day-to-day operations, manage a dedicated team, and build on their strong reputation locally.
Crucially, you’ll also have a real drive to secure new funding streams and create new opportunities to expand what they do.
