Westfield Farm in Dormanstown is looking for friendly and enthusiastic Garden Assistants to join their volunteer team!

Beyond Housing’s community garden is a welcoming space where people can grow, learn and connect.

They are looking for volunteers who enjoy practical tasks and want to help nurture this vibrant space.

Purpose of the Role

  • Planting, nurturing and maintaining flowers, fruit and vegetables — sometimes from seed.
  • Creating colourful hanging baskets.
  • Weeding flower beds and planters.
  • Supporting composting and sustainable garden care.
  • Watering the garden during the summer months.
  • Helping with crop rotation.
