BBO Final News Update

Building Better Opportunities is a programme which will address social inclusion in the Tees Valley area by delivering support to disadvantaged working aged people to move them towards the labour market. It uses European Social Funds that have been matched by the Big Lottery.

Grant funding opportunities

Please see the attached press release relating to a new and exciting funding opportunity for local groups within our area, created through the partnership of River Tees Rediscovered and Tees Valley Community Foundation.

Applications are now live, the press release was sent out last week, and local community groups are invited to apply for up to £1,000 to help support the work they do.

Children’s Residential Care Tees Valley Framework

Provider Workshop, Friday 17th July, 1pm

Children’s Residential Care Providers are invited to attend an afternoon workshop looking at the Tees Valley Vision for future provision and the development of a framework agreement.

The workshop will be an opportunity for providers and commissioners to work together looking at the strengths of their existing provision and the way forward for Children’s Homes providing care for our children and young people.
