Hartlepool Borough Council will be submitting an application to become the Lead Accountable Body, on behalf of the five Tees Valley Local Authorities, for the £8.8million Big Lottery and European Social Fund Building Better Opportunities Programme. The key themes for the programme are removing health and wellbeing barriers to employment, steps towards employment and financial/digital inclusion across the Tees Valley.
Expression of Interest
As part of this process, the Council welcomes interested partners who deliver within their local community, particularly from the Voluntary and Community Sector, and have a strong track record of tackling social exclusion and combating poverty to submit the Expression of Interest Form which can be found here.
The deadline for submission of an Expression of Interest is 12 Noon on Friday 10th July 2015 and forms should be returned via email to scott.campbell@hartlepool.gov.uk.

The Council will be holding a Partner Event on Friday 3rd July 2015 at Hartlepool Maritime Experience, TS24 0XZ where we will provide further information on our proposal.
