The role will work 1-2-1 with young people on their personal development.

Experience is essential, as is the ability to:

  • Interact and listen
  • Communicate effectively with individuals and groups
  • To sensitively and proactively support clients
  • Support the overall ethos of Doorways

The role will initially be for 12 months on a 16 hour per week basis, but with the potential to increase hours. The hourly rate will be £8.75 per hour plus pension contributions.
