Role Description

The Junction is seeking an exceptional candidate to deliver early intervention and prevention services across the South Tees.

Purpose of the Role

Due to a number of positive developments within their Children and Young People’s Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Service they are looking for an exceptional candidate to work alongside the Emotional Wellbeing Coordinator and other colleagues to deliver Early Intervention and Prevention Services across the South Tees. If you would like to be involved in delivering a value based responsive service that takes a holistic approach to truly meeting need, they’d like to hear from you.
