Tees Valley CCG seeking local organisation to work on engagement programme

Tees Valley CCG is seeking to secure a local organisation who can work with the CCG and undertake patient and public engagement activity on our behalf in the Middlesbrough and Redcar and Cleveland areas. The anticipated Financial Envelope for these services is £5,000.

By way of an overview, we are looking to work with an organisation that can create and deliver a programme of engagement opportunities that enable all local people to have a voice and share their views on how the CCG can develop and deliver services for our communities.

The closing date is 5 March 2021.

The engagement activity will:

  • Seek the views of local people to influence and improve the way local health care is delivered;
  • Ensure engagement involves seldom heard groups to ensure their views and experience of local health care are heard and understood;
  • Share national and local health information in addition as well as CCG messages with local people through established networks using the most appropriate communication and engagement methods for different groups;
  • Support the involvement of local people in the planning, development and commissioning of new and existing health services, working in collaboration with the CCG;
  • Enable local people to provide feedback to the CCG to continually improve services and patient experience.

All information can be accessed using the following links. Organisations who wish to know more, ask questions or initially express in interest in delivering this activity should do so via these platforms and by 5 March 2021.
