Context of Role

The Junction Foundation are a vibrant children and young people’s charity dedicated to supporting young people aged 5-25 from across the Tees Valley who are facing challenges associated with social, economic and health disadvantages. They believe in the power of individualised support, skills development, and opportunity to help young people overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.

Role Description

Are you passionate about making a lasting impact on the lives of young people in Middlesbrough? The Junction Foundation, a leading charity known for nurturing youth potential, seeks a driven and resourceful Lead Group Worker to join their dedicated team.

Purpose of the Role

Lead and co-facilitate three new weekly youth club sessions (2 hours each) in a positive and supportive environment. Through diverse activities, you’ll inspire and empower young people to express themselves, build positive relationships, and reach their full potential.
