The Junction Foundation are a vibrant children and young people’s charity dedicated to supporting young people aged 5-25 from across the Tees Valley who are facing challenges associated with social, economic and health disadvantages. Role Description
Are you passionate about making a lasting impact on the lives of young people in Middlesbrough? The Junction Foundation, a leading charity known for nurturing youth potential, seeks a driven and resourceful Lead Group Worker to join their dedicated team.
Purpose of the Role
Lead and co-facilitate three new weekly youth club sessions (2 hours each) in a positive and supportive environment. Through diverse activities, you’ll inspire and empower young people to express themselves, build positive relationships, and reach their full potential.
