Role Description
Are you passionate about empowering young people to thrive in Middlesbrough? The Junction Foundation, a vibrant charity amplifying youth voices, seeks two enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Support Workers to join their new team.
Purpose of the Role
In this rewarding role, you’ll work alongside a Lead Group Worker to make a real difference in the lives of young people. You’ll co-facilitate three engaging weekly sessions (2 hours each) filled with diverse activities designed to nurture creativity, build positive relationships, and foster a sense of belonging.
